djpamaracas I have raised a ticket about this. Basically I made a trade for $52,807 and the trade didn't appear in my trades. My portfolio still says $100 but when I try to make a new trade it says I have $0. A bit odd tbh.

my stack is $100k. The ATR is $1640 and the price is 41340, therefore the ATR is around 4%. I am willing to risk 1% of my stack so 100/4 = 25k. My stop is the price -1ATR and my take is the price plus 2ATR. Let's see what happens.

Realized that my stop and take were badly set. If the ATR is the average volatility then it’s very unlikely that the swing will double the average. I’ll set another position with a .5 ATR stop and a 1 ATR take.

On the one day candle chart it looks as if there has been a lot of support and resistance around the 40k level this year so I will stop at $39.5k. The MA(25) is above the MA(99). The MA(7) is heading towards the MA(99). On the 4H and the the 1H candle charts the recent dojos have long upward tails suggesting a bullish mood. There has been recent resistance around the $44k level to I will take profit at that point. $1000 is 1% of my stack. If the price drops to $39.5K I will lose $25. If I sell at 4400, I will gain $90. That's approx a 3to1 risk reward ratio.
