Getting a little confused with BTC latest movements.

The 20 day exponential moving average has turned negative. BTC is flirting with the 52wk MA but has been unable to close below it. The RSI (relative strength indicator) is flat around 40. I am of the position that in the short term BTC is going into a sideways range. But, the primary trend I believe to be bullish. Unless something changes, this is my general view.
