Daily compression @ the 50MA that has not been successful. Beginning to ladder shorts and will stop out if it continues to climb past 5.6.

Are you laddering shorts up? Cause with limit you can't ladder short down. The platform is still missing stop order type which would allow to ladder shorts down.

Diesel Correct, I'll add to the position if it climbs. Limit orders would be amazing on this site at a minimum, that would take the need away to babysit an open order

so what is risk reward ratio in this case? I would be scared to touch 5x with XRP. easy to get burned...

Diesel At this location you can use a 1-3% stop loss. The R/R is 6:1 using a 3% stop to get back to the 200 mean and would give you about 18.5%. If we were to hypothetically go on run again I would expect a 65% gain. It's okay to get stopped out at key points of interest as long as you have risk management in place.

Looks like were in for a Daily cross on the CCI, which is very powerful. The price compression continues until the 200 containment zone is fully compressed. Starting off moderately, will add another short if we cannot hold the daily 50MA which is about 6,570. It's also not unreasonable to expect price to still hit close to 7k - hence why this 'short' is moderate.
