ETH is undervalued generally IMO because:
- DeFi is largely built on Ethereum
- Ethereum is far away from ATH
- L2 solutions and staking should see serious interest in the platform token itself again

Most definitely can :) but I think long term has lots of potential. Concerning the lack of hype around it but IMHO fundamentals are good.
